"What Do You Tell Yourself?
You are the creator of your thoughts of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. How you choose to shape your thoughts can determine your outlook on life. The good news is that you can change your thoughts by changing the "way" you think.
All choices can work for your benefit. Even adversity can create an equal and greater opportunity or outcome. One choice is to change what is going on inside of your mind. Changing your situation may or may not in itself create satisfaction, but you can choose to feel satisfied inside by what you tell yourself.
Start saying to yourself, "I am satisfied". Say it over and over again. "I am satisfied". All changes and choices that you make from this point on will be grounded in satisfaction, not negativity. Say, "I am completely and thoroughly satisfied. No matter what seems wrong, I'm satisfied. Finding fault with my life leads to discontent. I choose not to find fault. I choose satisfaction. Everything is as it is supposed to be for right now. I can choose to be satisfied or dissatified. I am responsible."
Try it ...
