I just got home last night haven;'t even had time to really go through and print up the picture yet. I'm still missing RHonda Paul and PRecious

Easter was very good I got two lbs of chocolate. Yes today the 24th is rich's birthday I haven't heard or seen him in a wehile hope he got my card. I sent out a card before I left I hope it actually got sent out.

I had an awesome time and now I am hoping that Rhonda will be able to come here in May for my graduation .

Anyhow I have to get ready for classes.s I have lots of pictures but its going to be a lil bit before I have a lil bit of time to go through them and and put them in my web shot becuase I have a lot that I want to print up too. So you all will have to be patient.

Samm sorry about thte other night I ended up getting com[pany from the two boys down stairs and whoile its kinda hard to chat while visiting with them just ask Rhonda heheheh But they are good company most of the time.

Yep it was my birthday on the 24th. I'll catch up to your age someday. Samm did you see Mel doing a photo shoot with a six pack of 20oz Diet Pepsi bottles? The DP cover girl! hahahaha

Just checking in with you all - sorry it has been so long!!

Yes Rich, I did see the picture of Mel with the DP bottles, it did make me laugh - but it is nice to know that she is stocked up for a night or two!!

Rich - havent heard from you in ages - how was your birthday - what have you been up to?? Let us know, keep us posted, ok?? Miss chatting with you and Mel online, that used to be fun!!

Well, I could see from the pictures Mel that you had a great time at Rhonda's - that and all the messages that went up on your msn whilst you were out there - lol:)

It looked like you had a ball and I am so glad, you really needed and deserved a break, I was getting worried that you were overdoing it, and hope that now you are back you are not having to work so hard as you were - not long now before your graduation and I am so so jealous that I can't be there - but so very very glad that Rhonda can - I am going to send her an english claxton (you will have to look it up to see what it is) so that when you go up to receive your certificate she has to use it to make as much noise as possible - heheheheheh - everyone will know then that you have graduated #BlingsL#

Rhonda - what was Mel like as a house guest?? Tell us the truth - does she snore - Rich and I have placed a bet #tongue#

Life here has been busy, I have a lot on at work, and it has been causing me a few sleepless nights and an increase in my anxiety levels, but yesterday I was able to work out that most of it is due not to my lack of experience, or my mental health, or anything that I have done wrong, but to a manager that is nothing more than a bully - and now that I know that I have done everything that was expected of me, I am more happier in my mind and will continue to stand up to him and fight for what I believe in.

My mental health is continuing to baffle us all - it seems that cos of the BPD I dont deal with stress in a good way, cos of the PTSD I cant talk about certain things, which makes the stress worse - hence the circle that I am caught up in - and I am struggling with periods of severe depression and also loud noises in my head, like someone switched on a stereo!!

I am starting yet another med, plus an anti depressant, to see if that helps, but so far I have proved to be very sensitive to the meds in this group - so fingers crossed as we are running out of ones to try!!

I have also started at a support group for people with BPD, I am not good at the group thing, but this is a very small group and they were very helpful yesterday in letting me act out my anger at the work situation!

It's a beautiful day here today - I have the windows open for the first time in ages and some fresh air blowing through - I now have to do some much neglected housework #sad#

So - take care all - I do come in and read as often as I can, its just that it takes longer to post, so keep posting and letting us know what you are all up to and I will try harder - promise #angel#

Am sorry to hear you have been having such a hard time, honey.
Sure wish they could get the right combo going on for you so you would feel better about things and life in general.

I keep you in my prayers --even when you don't post so please know that.

We had a lovely time and missed and miss Mel since she has gone home
We never got a good bye hug so that means she has to come back and visit us sometime.
As a houseguest nope can't say i heard Mel snore over Paul's snoring here--so would have to say no.
She was great company as a houseguest --reminded me of my youngest daughter so did tidy up some and she does not like bed made up hehe--she really was a joy to have in the house and the time went by way to quickly
She does not eat much--drinks alot of diet pepsi--hehe no news flash there.

She is fun and the dog loves her dearly and looked all over for her when she was gone.

My relatives all love her to pieces--so basically thats about it.

Now about you am so glad to see you finally posted--hope also that Rich had a Happy birthday and has a wonderful year.

I am looking forward to going to New York to visit Mel and wish you could come too Samm--woulda been nice to have a girls week and gotta remember to pick up more cheez in can for the grandkids--they thought that stuff was pretty snazzy--Bekah wanted o bring it to school but there are a couple of rascals in her class and i can see why here folks said no its best left here.
I am glad you do come here and read Samm--sometimes wonder if I am postiing to myself since Rich never even plays the games he started* pouts* but understand also that weather is nicer and most of us are outside more and have less on the computer.

i know with the yard work i am out more than in. and the daylight hours are longer so find long walks are soothing .
