Sorry about being MIA

My mother had a heart attack and we rushed her to hospital on November 10th..... been going there to see her and now she is home but my father is also unwell.

Some of you may know my daughter had back surgery and seemed to being doing ok but as it turns out the back surgery was unsuccessful.

On top of this we have lost 2 very dear friends...my friend Carol lost her husband Jim Vidanoff recently and also i lost my friend Nellie Marshall. Both are at peace now. Jim had a pacemaker installed and was doiing ok but then took a turn for the worse and could not breathe.

Another friend of the family lost his mom.... so between funeral parlours and hospitals and now grocery shopping for 3 families etc my life is in a whirlwind.

Well the grand daughter also ill with bronchitis right now which has aggravated her asthma so yes run run run.

I want to welcome all the new members at this time and hope to here a little more often if real life allows it

Anyway apologies for not being available.

Hi Rhonda, it saddens me to hear your news. I sincerely hope that life treats you, your family and your friends, much more kindly from now on.

No need for any apologies, I’m sure everyone understands, that life does not always allow us to do, what we would like to be doing at times.

No need to thank me, I come here when time and my tired brain permit.

I think you are doing a wonderful job, keeping this site open for your friend. You are a living example of what true friendship really is. I take my hat off to you.

Thanks for thinking of us Rhonda.

Brenda is doing OK, except she gets very tired, she is having sleep problems and some days the medication makes her nauseous.
