1. I always put off until tomorrow what I should be doing today.
2. I lack motivation to do things which I know if I did I would feel better.
3. I do not have as much patience as I would like, especially at work with the students.
4. I hate the dentist - the Dr's and the hospital - so dont go - and then the problems get worse and build up until I have to go - usually in agony - and get seen, when if I went when I should it would cut all of that out.
5. I should walk Jack more.
6. I can sometimes be far too sensitive - especially if someone says anything about my size.
7. I can also jump to conclusions too easily.

I hate the dentist - the Dr's and the hospital - so dont go - and then the problems get worse and build up until I have to go - usually in agony - and get seen, when if I went when I should it would cut all of that out. 7. I can also jump to conclusions too easily. 2. My suggestion would be to make a list of things that you want to complete and set a goal that you will complete so many a day or week. Then reward yourself at the end of the week if you were able to complete your goal. I know for myself whenI was inthe group home this worked for me but in a different way. I would set a goal every week not to cut and if I felt the urges I would go to staff. If I made it through that week Kim would take me out for lunch or I would be ablet o buy myself something special that I wouldn't buy normally. 3. Having patience well I know that this is something that I have struggled with in the past with some of my friends at the center and also the guys that live downstairs from me. When I feel my self losing it I step back count to ten and take a deep breath. And then try to reapproach. 4. As far as the dentist I think everyone hates going to the dentist but try to look at it in a different way. If you schedule an appointment before you have the problem then hey you may not have a problem in the future or if you do it will not be as bad as it would of been if you didn't have your cleaning. I struggle with this one also I have two fillings that I have yet to schedule an appointment with because they are not bothering me I don't think about it. Then when they do start to bother me I am going to be in pain for a few days before they can actually get me in to see them. Umm maybe I will call today haha 7. Jumping to conclusion. I tend to that with my staff. I always think the worse it seems but I am getting better at that since I have told myself that I need to give everyone a fair chance because thats what I would want them to do for me. Speak up if you proceed something one way clarifiy it withthe person right away.
