got your xmas card thursday... that storm you had hit us Friday and seems to like it here which is scary... cuz we have a ton of snow it seems ... it just keeps coming and coming and blowing.............am tired of shovelling

Dad passed his divers test so he is good for 2 years now...and he is relieved somewhat
it is very stressful....and Paul has a doctors appointment today
his blood pressure has been registering high so want him checked out

lots of stuff... stress times etc.

i will be glad when xmas is over .....i really do not like this time of year...guess i am getting scroogeified in my old age... hope you have a great xmas and pray you can get into your own place sooner and best wishes in the new year

Hi Rhonda,
thanks for the good wishes, I send them right back to you.

It's Xmas eve here and I finally get a rest, I have been a bit manic for a few days now, but that has been good, because I have achieved a lot . It's a bit weird, but sometinmes when I'm really needed, a bit of mania comes along and helps me thru the night.

Brenda is doing good at the moment and looking forward to tomorrow, our daughter and her family (two grandsons) are coming in the afternnon to stay the night.

Well Xmas is all over and the new year is here, I hope it is a lot kinder to everyone than last year was.

Tuesday I got a phone call from the hospital. Instead of having the sugery in March, I'm having it on the 19th of January.

I'm now trying hard to get fit, I've not had a drink for three days and I've cut way back on my smokes. Thought I had three months to do this.

Don't know why I'm getting the surgery so fast. In our public health system, you only get an operation this quick if your life is in danger. Wonder if the doctor thinks it's worse than I do.
