Hi everyone well Ia m not doing to good tonight. I am having flash backs and have been having crying spells all evening. Just lonely I guess I am not really sure. I am not having urges to cut I have had the thought but thats as far as that went. I started to eat dinner tonight but that didn't go to well. Numbers started flashing before me and well I threw it all away. SO I am skipping dinenr tonight. I ate a pretty good lunch when I went out with club north. I just don't want to get back into old ways but I guess I will have to admit I am struggling a little here. I do have the tools to get through this though I just have to keep reminding myself and use them. Today was actually a busy day this morning I went withthe club to see a 3D movie and then Bonny came over and hung up a curtain above my stair well in hopes to keep the heat in and cold out. I am stressing out about all this trash here I have a ton of empty boxes and and three bags of trash. Well I guess I better go now. WIll stop by tomorrow. Mel

Hi Mel, sorry to hear you had a bad night. Please try to not let it stress you too much hun, we all have little stumbles along the road. The main thing is you remembered that you have the tools to help you cope. I'm proud of you. Not up to much tonight, I woke up with a sore left wrist and now the pain has gone to my hand and I can hardly do anything with it. After finishing up in ER on Friday night, I thought nothing more could go wrong. Oh well, guess Murphy's Law, is still alive and kicking. Take care Mel. Hugs. Hi Rhonda, you take care too. Hugs.

Hi Mel and Rhonda, thankyou both for your support and well wishes. Here's how I finished in ER on Friday night. I got up to go to the toilet about two in the morning on Friday night. I was just about to go back to bed, when I felt giddy, I tried to sit down, but never made it. The next thing I know, I’m lying on the toilet floor and can hear Brenda telling my son to phone the ambulance. Don’t remember much else until the paramedics got there and helped me to my bed. They hooked all these wires up me and put me on a drip. They found my blood pressure had dropped thru the floor. I was loaded into the ambulance and taken to ER. As soon as I got there I was hooked up with wires again and a doc came to see me straight away. He said my big drop in BP, was a combination of having a venesection (pint of blood taken out) that afternoon and my BP medication. They gave me an anti-tetanus shot and put four stiches in the gash in my head. After I got two litres of water put in me, BP came up again and I was allowed to go home about five thirty in the morning. The doc said no BP meds until I see my doc and gave me a letter for him. Well my doc is on holidays, but I saw another good doc today and he cut my BP meds by half and I go back on Saturday morning to get the stitches out. The “bad” continued though, I woke up Sunday, with a sore left wrist, thought I slept awkwardly on my arm. As the day went on, the pain went into my hand and my hand got swollen, couldn’t use it. It was still swollen this morning, but is getting better, think I might have been bitten by something and it was a histamine reaction. Hope to are both had/have a good day. Hugs.
