Hello every1
I am 33yrs old from Australia. I suffer from depression which I feel like Ive had forever, even since I was a tiny little kid. I guesse its probably genetic, as there is a family history of mental illness.
I have always felt weired, alien, different. I overthink alot of the time & tend t get overwhelmingly sad & hopeless about the world in general. I have had suicidal thoughts many times but I am blessed to have a husband & 2 little children which doesnt allow me to give up.
I also have depersonalization which varies in degrees of intensity brought about from an overdose when I was 16.
I have had numerous hallucinations, heard voices, felt presences - a whole variety of symptoms which have been very scary & Ive been on a variety of medications. 
Im looking 4wd to getting to know every1 here & take advantage of the wonderful resources & information here too.
