Morning Ya'll How are things going? I tell ya I am really tired right now and this weight training class inthe morning is killing me. I am working on strengthing my legs thou especailly my bad one I can't do a lot of weight on it right now but I thinkI should be after a while at least thats what I have been told. I'm going home today at 230 and going to go lay down. I hurt all over.
Well I am going to go make some photo copies now at the library maybe be back later.

well i was trying to get that 100 topics for ya but got petered out you know how that is i think i am going to crash for an hour or so--i have not been sleeping well and don't know why.
