Hi Everyone
Thought that I would just pop in and say hi - its midnight here so getting a little sleepy, but wanted to stop by and say hello to everyone.
Its been an incredibly busy week - I guess that when you suffer from mental health problems, and some physical probs too you just dont think that it can take you so much longer to do something than someone else without those difficulties - or maybe I am just getting older!
It has been a good week at my voluntary job, but also very physically and mentally demanding. I have taken on far more responsibility this week in some of the things that I have been asked to, but I have enjoyed the challenges, despite the fact that I have been in pain and anxious.
My ankle is causing me a lot of pain now most days, and my wrist is coming out in sympathy - I am hoping that the wrist is nothing more than a strain and not the arthritis, but time will tell,
I had my hearing test and I have got a slight hearing problem, it is probably hereditary, but they do not know if it will get any worse.
I did make it to the supermaket to do some shopping - which is a big big thing for me - yeah!!!
And whilst there I found something for Melissa - have you worked out what it could be yet???
hehehehehe - Im not telling!!!
Will try and catch up more over the weekend and next week as it is half term and I have time off - although i will be busy on Tuesday, Valentines day, as I have a date -
